Preparation before treatment

• Refrain from plucking or waxing before the treatment. Shaving is allowed as usual.
• For sensitive areas such as the mustache or beard, a topical anesthetic should be applied and left on for about 30 minutes before the treatment. Areas like the underarms and shins can be treated without the need for numbing cream. After the treatment, you may feel a warm sensation or notice spotty redness, which typically resolves on its own within 15-30 minutes.
